技术简介

通过基于计算机辅助分子设计合成低毒、高效的新型抑制剂,并完成其绿色制备技术,解决铜钼资源利用过程成本高、指标差、环境污染严重的问题。本技术从抑制剂产品的原料、生产、存储、运输、使用、排放六个阶段进行环境影响评价,形成了铜钼分离药剂的分子生命周期研究技术,实现了铜钼分离高效、清洁利用技术。


Introduction

By synthesizing a new type of inhibitor with low toxicity and high efficiency based on computer-aidedmolecular design and completing its green preparation technology, the problems of high cost, poor indicatorsand serious environmental pollution in the utilization process of copper and molybdenum resources are solved.This technology carries out environmental impact assessment from the six stages of raw materials, productionstorage, transportation, use and discharge of inhibitor products, forming a molecular life cycle researchtechnology for copper-molybdenum separation reagents and realizing efficient and clean utilization technologyof copper-molybdenum separation.
