针对现有铜铅分离常用药剂重铬酸钾的强致癌性、废水铬离子环境污染的问题,遵循绿色环保理念,通过高分子淀粉化合物嫁接上磷酸官能团,开发出高效环保无毒方铅矿抑制剂ZJ201(磷酸化淀粉),该药剂的合成工艺简单、绿色环保、无三废排放;并建立年产1000吨的ZJ201环保铅抑制剂工业生产线。
Introduction
In view of the strong carcinogenicity of potassium dichromate, a commonly used reagent for copper-leadseparation, and the environmental pollution of chromium ions in wastewater, following the concept of greennessand environmental protection, an efficient and environmentally friendly nontoxic galena inhibitor ZJ201(phosphorylated starch) is developed by grafting phosphate functional groups onto polymer starch compounds.The synthesis process of this reagent is simple, green and environmentally friendly, without discharge/emissionof the three wastes (waste gas; waste water; industrial residue). The industrial production line of ZJ201environmentally friendly lead inhibitor with an annual output of 1000 tons has been established.
