针对叶轮强汽蚀,研发聚氨酯弹性体涂层;针对口环间隙汽蚀,研发硬质合金被覆涂层和钢塑复合聚氨酯外口环配合的新型抗磨口环结构。在扬黄水泵上进行了应用,磨蚀防护效果良好,运行5000h后,运行效率提高10~15%,检修费用降低15~20%,运行电费节省10~15%。
Introduction
Based on this technology, polyurethane elastomer coating is developed for resisting strong cavitation of theimpeller; a new wear-resistant ring structure is developed, consisting of cemented carbide coating and the steel.plastic composite polyurethane outer wear ring aimed at resisting gap cavitation of the wear ring. Thi.technology is proven to offer good abrasion protection following its application on the Yanghuang pump, Afterunning for 5000h, the operation efficiency is increased by 10~15%, the maintenance cost is reduced by 15~20%and the operation electricity cost is saved by 10~15%.
