技术简介

项目首创了高硫铝土矿资源综合利用关键技术，在铝精矿硫含量小于0.30%,满足氧化铝生产前提下，硫精矿硫含量大于38%；首次开发了国内最大直径的柱式浮选设备中6000mm无传动，突破了铝土矿浮选设备大型化技术瓶颈，实现了浮选槽内部高紊流矿化，低紊流浮选。

Introduction

The project has pioneered the key technology for comprehensive utilization of high-sulfur bauxite resourcesOn the premise that the sulfur content of aluminum concentrate is less than 0.30% and meets alumina productionreguirements, the sulfur content of sulfur concentrate is greater than 38%. The $6000 mm non-transmissioncolumn flotation equipment with the largest diameter in China has been developed for the first time, breakingthrough the technical bottleneck of large-scale bauxite flotation equipment and realizing high turbulencemineralization and low turbulence flotation inside the flotation cell.
