技术简介

利用球磨或者高温煅烧的方式对废加气混凝土进行活化,提高其二氧化硅的反应活性。采用一次静态水热合成的方法,在反应中以废弃加气混凝土中的托贝莫来石晶相作为晶核促进反应,制备托莫来石晶型的硅酸钙绝热材料,制备的托贝莫来石晶体生长好,片状晶体结构疏松,相互交叉搭接形成网架状多孔结构。


Introduction

Waste aerated concrete can be activated by ball milling or high-temperature calcination to improve thereactive activity of silica, Through one-step hydrothermal synthesis, the reaction uses the Tobermorite crystallinephase in waste aerated concrete as crystal nucleus to promote the process, so as to produce thermal insulatingcalcium silicate of Tobermorite crystal form. The Tobermorite crystal produced thereby is well grown, with looselamellar crystal structures that overlap with each other to form a porous mesh.
