技术简介

利用球磨或者高温煅烧的方式对废加气混凝土进行活化，提高其二氧化硅的反应活性。采用一次静态水热合成的方法，在反应中以废弃加气混凝土中的托贝莫来石晶相作为晶核促进反应，制备托莫来石晶型的硅酸钙绝热材料，制备的托贝莫来石晶体生长好，片状晶体结构疏松，相互交叉搭接形成网架状多孔结构。

The Tobermorite crystal produced thereby is well grown, with looselamellar crystal structures that overlap with each other to form a porous mesh.
