技术简介

采用滑靴式阵列传感器在钢轨上连续滑动的方式进行检测,具有检测原始数据和识别后的图显示功能,能实时识别钢轨浅表层伤损,自动出具伤损报告。机械部分采用转向架安装方式的电磁支承机构,可安全通过各种铺设方式的钢轨和道岔区,二维激光自动对中系统可实时保持探头与钢轨的相对位置。


Introduction

The vehicle carries out detection by keeping the sliding shoe array sensor sliding on the rail. it reviews theoriginal data and displays the images of detection, thus identifying shallow surface defects of rails in real time.and issuing, defect reports automatically, The mechanical part is an electromagnetic support mechanismmounted on the bogie and it is able to pass the rails and turnouts paved in various methods safely. The 2D laserautomatic centering system keeps the relative position between probe and rail in real time.
