Recently, following up on the previous cooperation outcomes, the CLTTC has intensively carried out a series of exchanges with Argentina, continuously strengthening the foundation of practical cooperation between China and Argentina.

As early as July 24th, an Argentine delegation from the Province of Buenos Aires visited the center. Both sides held a discussion on scientific and technological innovation and local exchanges, laying a good foundation for subsequent cooperation. On August 25th, the center jointly with the Guangdong Provincial Foreign Affairs Office held an online meeting with the International Relations Deputy Secretariat of the Province of Buenos Aires and Aturo Alberto Horrecchi National University. Both sides conducted in-depth exchanges on the contents of the provincial friendly agreement and exchanged opinions on areas such as scientific and technological innovation, local exchanges, and smart classrooms. On August 27th, the center promoted external exchanges in two lines: simultaneously linking the Spallation Neutron Source and conducting an online meeting with the National University of San Martín of Argentina to discuss matters related to the collaboration of large scientific facilities and talent exchanges.

As the only national cross-border technology transfer platform in China targeting Latin America and the Caribbean region, the center connects various resources from the government, universities, and research institutions, consolidates existing communication channels, refines cooperation directions, and accumulates strength for the subsequent project implementation, helping to promote the coordinated development of scientific and technological innovation, culture, and economy between China and Latin America.
