On December 9, Fabiana Bigi, Advisor to the Minister of Science of Buenos Aires Province, Argentina, visited the China-LAC Technology Transfer Center (CLTTC), accompanied by Bei Jinlong, Director of the Agricultural Biotechnology Research Department at the Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and Yan Shuai, Chairman of Guangdong Yuefu Big Data Industry Research Co., Ltd. The delegation was warmly received by Chen Baiman, Executive Director of the CLTTC, along with Project Director Zhang Fanjing and Yu Tianzuo. The two sides held productive discussions.

During the meeting, the participants held in-depth discussions on the upcoming China-LAC Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Program and the China-LAC Digital Education University Alliance. All parties agreed that the development of the China-LAC Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program would ignite new momentum for innovation cooperation between China and Latin America and facilitate the transformation and application of scientific and technological achievements.
Professor Fabiana provided an overview of the current state of higher education in Argentina, noting that remote university alliance programs are creating new opportunities for international academic exchange and cooperation, and will further advance talent collaboration in innovation between China and Latin America. Commenting on the CLTTC's initiatives, Director Bei expressed his expectation for joint efforts in elevating China-LAC scientific and technological collaboration to a new level and contributing to socioeconomic development.

This visit laid a solid foundation for deeper cooperation. Moving forward, the CLTTC will work closely with Argentine universities, research institutions, and other partners to jointly open a new chapter in science and innovation collaboration.
