Provincial Science and Technology Department and Foreign Affairs Office of the Provincial Party Committee held a working meeting on the inauguration of the CLTTC, in which Yang Huifang, Director of Exchange and Cooperation Department of the Provincial Science and Technology Department, Yu Kai, Grade 4 Researcher of Exchange and Cooperation Department of the Provincial Science and Technology Department, Li Hongzhi, Director of the America and Oceania Department of the Provincial Foreign Affairs Office, Rong Yi, Vice Director of the America and Oceania Department of the Provincial Foreign Affairs Office, Fan Bin, Grade 1 Director of the America and Oceania Department of the Provincial Foreign Affairs Office, and Chen Baiman, Head of the Preparatory Department for the construction of CLTTC, were present.

Members of the meeting carried out in-depth exchanges around the work arrangements for the inauguration of the Center, and the meeting discussed combining the inauguration ceremony of the Center with the Guangdong Tour of Young Latin American Diplomats in June this year, and proposed to invite them to visit Dongguan and Guangzhou to witness the inauguration ceremony of CLTTC and experience the characteristics of Lingnan culture.
