Shi Zuoyu introduced the construction objectives of CLTTC and the current cooperation projects between China and Brazil. During the meeting, Diego Klaus said that BraCham aims to become a recognized platform for cooperation between Chinese and Brazilian enterprises, and that the establishment of a relationship with CLTTC would help to further deepen the communication between the enterprises of both countries and their governmental departments, educational and scientific research institutes. The two sides had an initial exchange of views on the future direction of cooperation.

BraCham, founded in 2006, is a business association composed of Brazilian legal entities with direct investments, representative offices or business interests in China. Currently, more than 130 Brazilian companies in China are members of BraCham, which cooperates closely with the Brazilian Foreign Affairs Office in China, and is recognized and supported by the Brazilian Embassy in Beijing, and the two Consulate Generals in Shanghai and Guangzhou.

Through this meeting, China-LAC Technology Transfer Center (CLTTC) and the BraCham have established a good cooperation relationship and plan to utilize the extensive membership network and resources of the BraCham to provide more diversified support and services for the cooperation between Chinese and Brazilian enterprises and institutions.
