The construction of the China-Latin America International Intellectual Property Center has made remarkable progress

To accelerate the preparatory work for the China-Latin America International Intellectual Property Center, this month, the China-LAC Technology Transfer Center(CLTTC) has actively collaborated with various parties, organized several coordination meetings to discuss innovative cooperation models and mechanisms, and achieved significant progress. On March 1st, Zheng Yumin, President of the Enterprise Compliance Legal Research Association of Dongguan Law Society (hereinafter referred to as "the Association"), Dean of the School of Law and Social Work at Dongguan University of Technology, Luo Zhaojing, Secretary-General of the Association, and other representatives visited the China-Latin America Technology Transfer Center. Both sides had detailed discussions on technical evaluation and legal consulting services in the process of enterprise internationalization, and initially reached a consensus on strengthening cooperation and providing support for enterprises in the next step.

On March 12th, Chen Baiman, Director of the Office of the China-LAC Technology Transfer Center, Shi Zuoyu, Deputy Director, and 17 representatives from the Association held a working seminar. Participants had in-depth discussions on topics such as the joint construction of the China-Latin America International Intellectual Property Center, the construction of the China-Latin America Enterprise Promotion Association, and the protection of intellectual property rights for China-Latin America enterprises. Both sides will seize this opportunity to deepen and strengthen pragmatic cooperation in technology exchange, law, and intellectual property rights between China and Latin America.

On March 15th, Chen Baiman, Director of the Office of the China-LAC Technology Transfer Center, Zhang Fanjing, Project Manager, Li Huan, Director of the International Exchange Department of Dongguan University of Technology, and representatives from the Dongguan Market Regulation and Administration Bureau (Intellectual Property Office) discussed the establishment of the China-Latin America International Intellectual Property Center. Director Chen Baiman introduced the latest progress in the preparation of the China-Latin America International Intellectual Property Center. Participants agreed that it is necessary to fully utilize the advantageous resources of all parties to jointly promote the construction of the project and ensure that the China-Latin America International Intellectual Property Center can be established and function as soon as possible.
