The construction of the China-Latin America International Intellectual Property Center has made remarkable progress

On March 12,  in order to jointly promote the construction of the China-Latin America International Intellectual Property Center, the China-LAC Technology Transfer Center (CLTTC) and the Enterprise Compliance Law Research Association of Dongguan Law Society held a work seminar in Conference Room 501, Building A3 of the Dongguan International Innovation and Entrepreneurship Cooperation Base. Seventeen representatives of the research association, including Zheng Yumin, Dean of the School of Law and Social Work at Dongguan University of Technology, and Wu Jianlin, Director of the Yingke (Dongguan) Law Firm in Beijing, participated in the meeting. Representatives such as Chen Baiman, Director of the Office of the China - Latin America Technology Transfer Center, and Shi Zuoyu, Deputy Director, were present at the meeting. 

The purpose of the meeting was to provide technical valuation and legal consultation for enterprises' internationalization, ensuring that technological innovation and intellectual property rights are effectively protected. At the meeting, representatives from all parties discussed topics such as the joint construction of the China-Latin America International Intellectual Property Center, the construction of the China-Latin America Enterprise Promotion Association, and legal and intellectual property protection issues for China-LAC enterprises. 

Taking this seminar on the construction of the China-Latin America International Intellectual Property Center as an opportunity, the two sides will deepen and strengthen practical cooperation in technical exchanges, law, and intellectual property rights between China and Latin America, further promoting the healthy development of enterprises and social progress in both regions.
