通过液态CO₂在一定条件下在30℃即可相变为超临界CO₂的特点与CO₂和水微融的化学特性，实现通过液态CO₂吸取工业循环水中的低温热量产生超临界CO₂饱和汽体，推动水驱动水轮机做功发电的过程。

Introduction

Liquid CO₂ phase changes to supercritical CO₂ at 30'c under certain conditions and CO₂ is slightly soluble inwater, On these bases, this technology produces saturated supercritical CO₂ steam by using liquid CO₂ to absorbthe low-temperature heat of industrial cycle water, and then uses the steam to drive the water turbine to generatepower.
