Introduction

Abrasion-resistant nano ceramic coatings are prepared on the surfaces of flow passage components ofhydraulic machinery such as turbines and pumps by using hypersonic flame thermal spraying technology,nanotechnology and material composite technology to solve the abrasion and corrosion problems of suchhydraulic mechanical equipment in high sediment basins and greatly prolong their overhaul cycle and servicelife.
