技术简介

(1)探索和开发更科学可靠的多孔支架制备技术,制备孔径、形状、分布、孔隙率和连通性可控的多孔骨支架。(2)通过研究多孔支架的表面改性和修饰技术,改进支架对细胞的亲和力,提高材料为细胞提供生化信号的能力,从而促进细胞的繁殖和生长,并诱导骨细胞分化。(3)从组织学、细胞学和分子生物学的鱼度出发,提出支架材料新的合成方法,并根据不同组织和器官对材料的不同需求,对所制备的生物材料进行筛选,找出最适合的支架材料。


Introduction

(1)This is an esploration and devslopment of a more scientific and reiable porous scaffold manutacturnng technology which delivers porous bone scaffolds with controllable pare size, shape, distribution, porosity and connectivity, (2) By studying the surface modification and mod fication technology of porous scaffold, this technolory Improves the aftinity of porous scaffolds to ceils and enhances the materials' ability to provide blochemical sienals for cells, so as to promote cell reproduction and growth and induce osteocyte differentiation. (3) From the perspective of histology, cytology and molecular biology, a new synthesis method for scatfoid materials is proposed, and the biomaterials oreoared are screened accordine to different needs of tissues and organs to find out the most suitable scaffold materials.
