技术简介

本技术计划利用自主研发的原子力显微术进行癌症分子的快速检测。通过细胞器特征体,比如外泌体、自噬体、线粒体、高尔基体与探针相互作用力的差别,得到癌细胞细胞核细胞器特征体参数,从而达到判定癌症分子的目的。


Introduction

This technology plans to use self-developed atomic force microscopy for rapid detection of cancer moleculesBy identifying the different interaction forces between the probes and the organelle features, such as exosomes.autophagosomes, mitochondria, and Golgi bodies, the nuclear organelle feature parameters of cancer cells willbe determined,so as to identify cancer molecules.
