技术简介

该技术成功研制了无气孔轮胎模具清洗方法和自动化设备。发明了轮胎模具专用铝镁合金系列材料，提出了低压铸造收缩率参数化计算方法。发明了双导向开合和下开式结构的巨型轮胎模具，成功研制了系列成套加工和检测装备。

Introduction

With this technology, method and automatic equipment for cleaning the non-porous tire mold have beensuccessfully developed. Special aluminum-magnesium alloy series materials for tire molds have been inventedand a parametric calculation method of low-pressure casting shrinkage has been put forward. Giant tire molds indouble-guide opening & closing and downward opening structures have been invented, and a complete set ofseries processing and testing equipment has been developed.
