现行的回转窑-电炉法镍铁工艺存在电炉熔炼温度高、电耗大;技术核心是冶炼全流程中协同控制Fe0和四元碱度;构建了以透辉石和镁铁橄榄石低共熔相为主的新渣型,显著降低炉渣熔化温度、冶炼温度及电耗,提高合金中金属回收率。
Introduction
The existing ferronickel smelting with rotary kin electric furnace has high electric furnace meltingtemperature and high electricity consumption: the core of the technology is to control Fe0 and quaternaryalkalinity in the whole process of smelting; a new slag type featuring low eutectic phase of diopside andmagnesia-iron olivine is constructed, which significantly reduces slag melting temperature, smeltingtemperature and electricity consumption and improves the metal return rate in the alloy.
