首次开发“温度场四维时空透视-焙烧效果测控-特征烟气解析”等多参数共检的焙烧炉提质节能测试诊断技术和国家标样，开发“温度分布均衡-焙烧效果调控-挥发分充分燃烧-蓄热最大化利用”等多措并举的在产焙烧炉提质节能运行技术，创新设计“多系统-多炉室-多料箱-高填充率-强化保温”等多因素优化的新型提质节能焙烧炉。
