本技术采用高效低阻低氮五级预热器的RSP分解炉系统,可利用无烟煤、天然气等代替烟煤进行水泥生产,有效降低生产线能耗:利用全过程低氮燃烧技术,在回转窑形成弱还原区,大大地降低了水泥厂氮氧化物的排放量;同时拥有先进的水泥生料磨智能控制系统,由DCS系统直接对立磨及其辅助设备进行控制。
Introduction
This technology adopts an RSP decomposing furnace system with a high efficiency, low resistance and lownitrogen five-stage preheater, which can replace bituminous coal with anthracite and natural gas for cementproduction to effectively reduce energy consumption of the production line. The whole-process low nitrogencombustion technology is used to form a weak reduction zone in the rotary kiln, which greatly reduces theemission of nitrogen oxides from cement plants. At the same time, an advanced intelligent control system forcement raw mill is provided. The vertical mill and its auxiliary equipment are directly controlled by the Dcssystem.
