高冰镍氧压浸出湿法精炼技术是利用氧压浸出工艺处理镍精矿经火法冶炼产出的高冰镍,将高冰镍中的镍钴选择性浸出到溶液中的湿法冶炼技术。该技术对于原料有较强的适应性。采用氧压浸出工艺处理高冰镍,主要考虑高冰镍的合金化程度、镍铳中铜的含量比例以及镍铳中的硫开路的问题。
Introduction
The oxidative pressure leaching wet refining technology for high-grade nickel matte is a wet smeltingtechnology that uses the oxygen pressure leaching process to treat the high-grade nickel matte produced bypyrometallurgy of nickel concentrate, and selectively leaches nickel-cobalt from the high nickel matte into thesolution. This technology is highly adaptable to raw materials.
