本项目采用料场一回转窑一矿热电炉的工艺生产含 钒铁水和富钛渣。回转窑预还原焙烧:回转窑窑头设煤粉燃烧装置,对回转窑进行补热。使得回转窑出口焙砂的金属化率达到约80%,约1000℃C的焙砂在窑尾排出进入焙砂缓冲仓内。
