技术简介

该技术通过利用以矿物为能源的微生物的作用,氧化分解矿物使金属离子进入溶液,进一步提取金属。原矿或者经过初步破碎,筑堆于HDPE隔垫之上;采用含铁硫氧化微生物、酸性、含三价铁的溶液从堆顶喷淋,微生物及三价铁作用下,将矿石中的硫化铜矿物氧化,铜离子溶出;溶液中的铜离子经过萃取、电积成产出99.99%纯度阴极铜板。


Introduction

This technology uses the action of mineral-based microorganisms to oxidize and decompose minerals so thatmetal ions enter the solution, further extracting metals. The raw ore (may be preliminarily crushed and) is stackedon the HDPE septum; an acidic solution containing iron-sulfur oxidizing microorganisms and ferric iron is sprayedfrom the top of the stack, Under the action of microorganisms and ferric iron, copper sulfide minerals in the oreare oxidized and copper ions are dissolved out; after extraction and electrowinning of the copper ions in thesolution, cathode copper plates are produced with a purity of 99.99%.
