技术简介

该技术首先利用专用高分散纳米催化剂强化沥青质超分子α加氢转化反应路径的创新研发思路,在较低反应温度和较低缩合率下实现渣油大分子高裂化转化;然后开发出控制改质油加氢深度与提高环烷芳烃开环裂化反应选择性关键技术,从而实现劣质渣油生产高品质燃料和优质化工原料的系列工艺技术。


Introduction

The technology firstly proposes an innovative R&D concept to enhance the reaction path of asphaltenesupramolecular a hydroconversion using specialized highly dispersed nanocatalvsts, so as to achieve highcracking conversion of residual oil macromolecules at comparatively low reaction temperatures and lowcondensation rates. After that, key technologies are developed to control the hydrogenation depth ofreformulated oil and improve the selectivity of ring-opening cracking reaction of cycloalkane aromatics, therebyrealizing a series of process technologies to produce high quality fuels and chemical raw materials from poorquality residual oil.
