技术简介

该技术适用于靠近精炼镍的工厂,其主要耗材为离子膜液碱,动力消耗主要为电力及蒸汽。通常情况前驱体产品含镍大于32%,其镍含量显著高于硫酸镍的22.1%,对于已具备电池级硫酸镍生产的工厂,且其碱、电、蒸汽有稳定供应且价格适中的区域,该技术具备推广价值。


Introduction

This technology is suitable for plants close to refined nickel. lts main consumables are ionic membrane liquidalkali, and the power consumed is mainly electricity and steam. Generally, the nickel content of precursorproducts is greater than 32%, which is significantly higher than 22.1% of nickel sulfate. This technology haspromotion value for plants that already have battery-level nickel sulfate production capacity and areas with astable supply of alkali,electricity and steam at moderate prices.
