技术简介

本技术通过对两芽孢杆菌菌株的筛选,产酶种类、产酶活性和酶活稳定条件的确定,发酵工艺的优化,实现微生物菌对土壤的修复。通过微生物技术增加土壤中有益微生物的含量,重建土壤根际微生态系统,提高作物对养分的利用率及土壤团粒结构与保水保肥能力,降解化肥农药的残留。有效减轻作物的根结线虫,药效可达50天。


Introduction

In this technology, the remediation of soil by microbial bacteria was realized through screening two bacillusstrains, determining enzyme-producing species, enzyme-producing activity and stable conditions of enzymeactivity, and optimizing the fermentation process. Microbial technology  is used to increase the content ofbeneficial microorganisms in soil, rebuild soil rhizosphere microecosystem, improve crop utilization rate ofnutrients, soil aggregate structure and water and fertilizer retention capacity, and degrade chemical fertilizerand pesticide residues. This technology is effective in reducing root-knot nematodes on crops for up to 50 days.
