本技术通过预处理活性炭,使表面形成一层具有优异反应活性的基团。该基团可原位还原银离子,并与之形成牢固的金属键。新型抑菌活性炭的银离子释放是一个动态平衡的过程,最终释放的银离子量相对更低。通过优化,新型抑菌活性炭中纳米银合适的粒径、形状和价态等结构特征使其具有低剂量抑菌效果好的优势。


Introduction

In this technology, activated carbon is pre-treated to form a layer of groups with excellent reaction activity onthe surface. This group can reduce silver ions in situ and form a strong metal bond with them. The release of silverions from new antibacterial activated carbon is a dvnamic equilibrium process, and the final amount of silver ionsreleased is relatively small. Through optimization, the nano-silver in the new antibacterial activated carbon has agood antibacterial effect at low dose due to its suitable particle size, shape and valence state.
