本装备基于微生物发酵分段-分相原理，开发分仓式强化推流反应器，实现发酵过程分段-分相，充分发挥不同区域内微生物菌群作用；调控形成迷宫式推流路径，确保底物停留时间，提高腐熟度。高度集成分拣、破碎、脱水、发酵等全流程技术环节，利用物联网技术，实现自动化、智能化运行。

Introduction

Based on the principle of microbial fermentation segmentation and phase separation,this equipment utilizes enhanced plug flow reactors in multiple compartments to realize the segmentation and phase separation of the fermentation process and give full play to the role of microbial flora in different areas;the equipment regulates and forms a labyrinth plug flow path to ensure the substrate retention time and improve maturity.It highly integrates technical links such as sorting,crushing,dehydration and fermentation,and uses loT technology to realize automatic and intelligent operation.
