技术简介

针对甘肃省主要覆膜作物农田残膜污染问题，通过调整地膜配方、改变吹塑工艺等，在不增加地膜厚度的条件下提高各项物理性能，拉伸负荷纵横向>3N、断裂撕长率>400%、直角撕裂负荷>1N,使用后各项物理指标保留率在80%以上，是现行国标的2倍以上，实现100%回收利用，降低农田地膜残留量。

Introduction

In view of the problem of farmland residual film pollution of main plastic-covered crops in Gansu Province, various physical properties are improved without increasing the thickness of plastic film by adjusting the plastic  film formulation and changing the blow molding process.The tensile load is>3N in longitudinal and transverse directions,the breaking elongation rate is>400%,and the right angle tearing load is>1N.After use,the retention rate of various physical indicators is more  than 80%,which is more than twice the current national standard,and 100%recycling is achieved, so as to reduce the amount of plastic film residue in farmland.
